How do I book an event?

Upon receipt of the event contract and invoice a nonrefundable deposit is due within 48 hours

I would like to plan a party within a 2 week or less time frame can you assist?

When opting for rush party planning services, please note that a fee of $400 applies, in addition to the total cost of the event. Rush events are possible with adequate planning, requiring a non-refundable payment of $400 along with the full retainer fee upon booking and contract signing. Remember, all payments must be settled on the same day as the reservation to secure your event date.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, indeed! In order to secure your desired event date and time, a deposit is required for all services we offer. Regrettably, without the timely receipt of this deposit, we will be unable to accommodate your event needs effectively.

Do you accept Payment Plans?

Payment plans are offered after your initial deposit is received.
Payment plans are not offered for rush events within a 2 week time period

In the event I need to cancel do you offer refunds?

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise that are beyond anyone's control. While it's important to note that all payments are non-refundable, we are more than willing to work with you to reschedule your event for a future date if necessary.
